11 Recipes to Make Before Saint Patrick’s Day!

I still have a few delish Saint Patrick’s Day recipes coming, but in the meantime I figured we should chat about all the dishes you can make in the next ten days! Grab your Bailey’s!

I love any excuse to celebrate a holiday with fun food, and I figured since I’ve accumulated a million (or, like, a dozen) Saint Patrick’s Day recipes over the years, it was time to share.
Whyyyy don’t I make these recipes more often? They are so super GOOD.
11 Saint Patrick’s Day Recipes

Guinness Short Ribs with Cheesy Cauliflower Mash. These two things are incredible together, but also fantastic apart, served with other meals. Major comfort food.

So is the Guinness Pot Pie that I shared last week!

This Irish Ale Potato Cheddar Soup with Beer Battered Leeks is dreamy. So creamy, so cheesy and topped with crunch. All I need in life.

Also, take that Guinness and make Spiced Pretzels with Irish Cheddar Fondue. Just do it.

I can’t get over how much I love this Irish Soda Bread with Milk Chocolate. I realize it is anything but traditional, but it’s wonderful. And it’s so, so good toasted with salted honey butter.

And it’s even better when you make it into Irish Soda Bread French Toast with Whiskey Whipped Cream. Dying.

If you’ve ever tried the pub cheese from Trader Joe’s, you know it tastes like heaven. But did you also know that you can MAKE IT AT HOME? It is legit full of beer. And fabulous on crackers and veggies (I guess).

If you have lots of Guinness leftover, you can make this Dark Salted Chocolate Stout Cake. It is unreasonably rich, decadent and to die for. You deserve a slice!

Also, One Bowl Whiskey Fudge Cake with Lucky Charms. I want to frame this. And eat it.

Finally, if you’re trying to stay on the health train (sort of?!), you can make Cereal Milk Chia Pudding with Lucky Charms Crumbs. Yep it’s a thing.

Oh and P.S. all of this goes great with Iced Whiskey Coffees. Trust me.
